Dr. Stephanie Yang is a primary care naturopathic physician specializing in identifying and treating underlying medical conditions that affect cognitive health. She helps individuals overcome brain fog, chronic stress, perimenopausal cognitive shifts, and digestive-related mental fog with a root-cause approach. By integrating naturopathic/functional medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), she provides a whole-person and evidence-based care. Dr. Yang’s expertise is shaped by both her personal journey and diverse training. After struggling with brain fog and focus issues growing up, she realized her health was holding her back. Determined to find answers, she pursued a scholarship to study Traditional Chinese Medicine a Shanghai University in China, gaining a deep understanding of Eastern medicine. She later moved to the U.S. to expand her knowledge of natural and Western medical sciences, earning a Bachelor of Science in Integrative Human Biology and a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University. Building on this foundation, she completed a two-year residency in naturopathic primary care treating complex health conditions. Through her personal health journey, Dr. Yang overcame brain fog and developed strategies to maintain sharp mental clarity. Now, she helps patients address neuroinflammation, hormone imbalances, gut-brain dysfunction, and other metabolic factors affecting cognitive function. Using advanced testing and targeted interventions, she tailors treatments to each individual, helping them regain energy, focus, and resilience. Dr. Yang believes that optimizing brain health isn’t about quick fixes—it’s about creating lasting transformation for the mind, body, and spirit. If you’re tired of feeling foggy, stressed, or stuck in survival mode, she’s here to empower you to take back control of your health.
