Before your telemedicine visit
Gather all materials you may need during your visit such as a notepad & pen, medication list, supplement bottles, headphones
- Find a quite, private location with quality internet connection
- Set up your device in a well lit area and make sure it will remain stationary during the length of your visit
- Make sure your device is charged or plugged in and the camera and microphone are enabled
- Close all apps or programs that utilize the camera, audio or microphone (Zoom, YouTube, etc)
- Click on your providers name below, enter your name, then perform the “Pre-call Test”
Out of respect of your provider, please don’t attend your visit while performing another activity such as driving, riding in a car, walking or cooking. If your environment is too distracting to conduct a visit, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be required to reschedule for another time.

After your telemedicine visit
- Log into your patient portal to review your instructions (note: it may take up to 24 hours for your instructions to be loaded)
- Schedule your follow up by calling our office or requesting an appointment on the patient portal
- Visit our Webstore to purchase supplements for delivery or call our office to purchase and coordinate pick up of your supplements
