Who I Work With

Trauma Recovery: Reclaiming Your Wholeness

You may carry wounds that no one sees—silent echoes of pain that have shaped how you walk through the world. Perhaps you’ve lost sight of your true self beneath the weight of fear, shame, or survival.

In our work together, we create a space where your story is honored, your spirit is safe, and your healing can unfold at its own pace. We gently trace the threads of who you are back to their source—restoring connection, dignity, and joy.

If you are ready to move from surviving to living fully, I would be honored to walk with you.

Women’s Voices, Visions, and Becomings: Healing and Expanding Through the Everyday

You’re not waiting for life to pause—you’re growing in motion. Relationships are evolving, with both challenge and the quiet thrill of what could be. Children are stretching into new stages. Your career is calling for a breath of fresh air. And somewhere in the midst of it all, your voice is asking to be heard more clearly.

Together, we create space to reconnect with your vision—for who you are, how you want to love, lead, mother, create, and live. We’ll explore the patterns and beliefs that keep you circling the same stories, and begin gently clearing what no longer serves. This work honors all parts of you—emotional, spiritual, relational, ancestral.

Healing doesn’t require stepping away from your life. In fact, this is where it happens.
This is where we make space for creativity, for intuition, for breath. A place to imagine. A place to play. A place to grow what’s been waiting.

If you’re ready to clear and weave a new pattern for your life, I’m ready to help you begin.

Burnout Recovery for Healers and Caregivers: Restoring Your Fire

As a healthcare provider, therapist, or caregiver, you’ve poured your heart into the healing of others—and somewhere along the way, you may have lost pieces of yourself. I understand the quiet grief of burnout—the way it frays the edges of your passion, your creativity, your hope.

Together, we slow down, listen, and rebuild. We create a new rhythm that honors your spirit and helps you find joy, energy, and purpose again—not just in your work, but in your life.

If you’re ready to come home to yourself, I would be honored to help you find your way back.

Professional Bio

I am a board-certified adult psychiatrist specializing in integrative psychiatry, psychotherapy, consulting, and spiritual healing. I offer science-based care with soul-level synthesis—blending the precision of modern medicine with the depth of intuitive, holistic healing.

With a background rooted in rigorous clinical training and a passion for whole-person care, I bring a unique approach to mental health that integrates empathic listening, deep intuition, and spiritual attunement with a strong clinical foundation. My work honors the complex interplay of mind, body, and spirit, weaving evidence-based practices with soul-centered healing traditions.

I completed my MD and MS in Clinical Research Methods at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, followed by a residency in adult psychiatry at George Washington University, where I focused on trauma recovery and integrative psychotherapy. I then pursued a research fellowship in Psychiatry in Primary Care at the University of Washington, while earning an MPH in Global Health Leadership and Management. Over the past decade, I have provided outpatient psychiatric care in community and primary care settings, including nearly nine years at Kaiser Permanente of Washington. Within the constraints of conventional models, I have remained deeply committed to offering whole-person care—listening for the story beneath symptoms, integrating emotional, cultural, and spiritual dimensions into treatment wherever possible.

In addition to clinical work, I offer consulting and consultation services for individuals and teams focused on personal leadership development, emotional intelligence, communication, and resilience. My consulting work emphasizes cultivating the ‘inner landscape’ of leadership—the emotional presence, self-awareness, and interpersonal skills that nourish healthy, authentic professional lives.

Looking ahead, I dream of creating retreats that weave together my clinical, spiritual, and creative work—spaces where movement, art, music, and soul-centered practices open pathways for deep healing across the BodyMindSpirit continuum. Through this vision, I hope to support transformation and elevation not just for individuals, but for the collective communities they touch.

Drawing from diverse modalities including EMDR, mindfulness, Ayurvedic principles, energy healing, and conventional psychiatry, I work with clients seeking to heal trauma, navigate life transitions, overcome burnout, and reconnect with their core vitality and purpose. Each care plan is individually crafted to honor your unique story, strengths, cultural identity, and spiritual journey.

My Personal Journey

I was born in Bangalore, India, and raised between India and New York—two vibrant worlds that taught me early how to listen, adapt, and connect across cultures. Even as a child, I sensed that healing was more than just physical; it was a weaving of body, mind, spirit, and community.

After completing my medical training, I took a transformative year to travel the world, immersing myself in traditional healing systems—Ayurveda, Tibetan Buddhism, Sufism, and indigenous practices. These experiences deepened my understanding that true healing honors not only science, but the soul’s own journey.

I don’t see a separation between my personal and professional life. The same practices that sustain me—yoga, meditation, creative expression, nature connection—infuse the space I hold for clients. Healing is not something I offer from a distance; it’s a living path I walk alongside those I serve.

Today, I live in the Pacific Northwest with my husband and child, drawing inspiration from the quiet beauty of nature, from music, and from everyday sacred moments. I envision my work as two distinct threads—clinical expertise and soul-centered healing—woven together into a space where your whole self is welcome.

I believe transformation is possible—for each of us, and for the world we are creating together. I look forward to walking part of that journey with you.
