With a diverse background that began with a degree in Architecture from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, Dr. Zech followed her passion for natural medicine to Bastyr University, where she earned her doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine and went on to complete a two-year residency in Integrative Oncology. Her practice reflects her commitment to holistic care by integrating evidence-based therapies, personalized nutrition and lifestyle strategies to address both acute and chronic health concerns.
In her clinical work, Dr. Zech treats a diverse range of patients, with a focus on integrative oncology, gastrointestinal concerns and cardiometabolic health, including diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and weight management. Dr. Zech is especially invested in empowering patients in survivorship settings, helping them regain their strength and resilience after cancer treatment through tailored nutrition, lifestyle support and herbal therapies.
