Welcome,

and thank you for considering an initial meeting with us. In today’s fast-paced world, time seems to be a precious commodity. We constantly juggle schedules and navigate through our mental landscapes, moving between past, present, and future. Often, our minds are as busy, if not busier, than our daily lives.

In this whirlwind, we can lose our balance and drift away from our natural rhythms and the world around us. What we may need most is a space for quiet reflection, a moment of repose where our thoughts can flow freely. This practice is for those who seek a richer, more vibrant life—one where living takes precedence over merely existing. Here, we aim to offer healing and guidance for those seeking clarity, purpose, authenticity, and a deeper connection to themselves and the world.

My approach to mental health may differ from traditional methods. I value meeting people where they are on their life’s journey and walking with them, listening and sharing their experiences. My goal is to understand your aspirations and help you overcome barriers—be they physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual.

Drawing from various disciplines such as transpersonal psychology, philosophical counseling, Eastern wisdom traditions, intuitive practices, guided meditation, and hypnosis, I act as a guide on your path to health, healing, and transformation. Together, we will create a space where you can connect with your inner wisdom and embark on a journey of self-discovery and positive change.

I also want to share a bit about myself. Before becoming a psychotherapist, I worked as a plumber and pipefitter in both residential and industrial settings. It was a calling I answered later in life, as Joseph Campbell’s concept of the “call to adventure” resonates deeply with me. My past experiences—joys, sorrows, revelations, and mysteries—have all contributed to my purpose today.

In my clinical practice, I find great honor in witnessing the rich tapestry of human experiences and the connections that emerge over time. Each person I work with brings a unique story, and it is a privilege to be part of their journey toward healing and growth.

Compassion, understanding, and a willingness to be present with others in their moments of need are at the heart of my work. I believe that everyone desires acceptance, both from themselves and from others, and I strive to offer that through my practice.

Outside of work, I enjoy working with my hands, particularly with 90s Japanese sports cars, which I love to drive and maintain. I also cherish traveling, reading philosophy, and spending time with my eight-year-old son, who teaches me valuable lessons about life and wonder.

I am on my own journey of healing and growth, grounded by a regular meditation and qi gong practice. I also visit India periodically to deepen my spiritual practice and nourish my soul.

As Rumi beautifully said: “Come, come, whoever you are. Wanderer, worshiper, lover of leaving. It doesn’t matter. Ours is not a caravan of despair. Come, even if you have broken your vows a thousand times. Come, yet again, come, come.” — Jelaluddin Rumi

I look forward to the opportunity to explore this journey with you.

Sincerely,
Aaron Pascoe LMHC

Teachings/Services

Integrative Psychotherapy:

We offer highly individualized psychotherapy, skilled in a range of techniques  tailored to your needs. A proficient therapist blends and adapts these approaches  to suit you, addressing immediate concerns while supporting your growth over  time.

Our focus may vary from solutions and action steps to exploring feelings,  emotional reactions, and their impact on your decisions. At times, you may seek  validation and support, wanting to feel truly understood and accepted. Other  times, you might wish to delve deeply into personal enrichment and fulfillment.  Our therapy adapts to your evolving needs, like the ebb and flow of ocean waves.  We synchronize with your rhythm, creating a space where true healing occurs.  Through the power of words, images, and language, we facilitate shifts in  perception and feeling, guiding you closer to your life goals.

Philosophical Inquiry:

Our sessions in Philosophical Inquiry delve into the fundamental questions of  existence and meaning. We explore philosophical issues related to the “why” of  living, meaning-making structures, values, and existential questions (both  ontological and epistemological). Drawing on Eastern philosophical thought,  Western concepts, systems theory, and self-inquiry, we engage in deep  exploration to enrich your understanding of life’s purpose and your personal  worldview.

Intuitive Practices /Hypnotherapy:

In our sessions, we focus on clarifying and gaining insight into your life and  emotional areas. We begin by connecting with intuitive guidance to uncover  deeper understanding. In subsequent sessions, we integrate this newfound

clarity into your everyday life, establishing daily practices and rituals that center  and support your well-being. You’ll bravely confront and work through the truths  and pain that arise, stepping into new directions with the comfort of empathic  support from your healer throughout the process.

Spiritual Integration Work:

In our Spiritual Integration Work, we delve into areas of consciousness that  connect with the heart-space and explore ancient neural pathways that are often  overlooked. Together, we’ll create a reflective and resonant space to guide you  through the exploration and self-discovery of your inner world. My role is to  support you as you navigate this journey, fostering a deeper connection with your  spiritual self and enhancing your personal growth.

Holistic Consulting:

We blend Wellness Psychology with traditional models to help you cultivate a  balanced lifestyle amidst today’s many demands. Our approach integrates  various techniques to address your physical, mental, and emotional well-being,  guiding you toward a harmonious and fulfilling life.
