Serves 2, minimal prep: Elimination Diet friendly
Ingredients
2 cups frozen berries
3/4-1 c. non-dairy milk
(coconut, hemp, almond,
rice etc…)
(1/2-1 organic date, pit
removed*)
Cooking Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a blender and slowly add
milk, blending until puréed, scraping sides as
needed. If too thick, add more milk, but try to use
as little as possible for the thickest dessert. *often
this doesn’t need to be any sweeter, especially if the
berries are in season, but the smallest amount of
organic date may balance the flavor.
