Hi Guys. Sorry to bother you, but I have a question about my diet stuff. So I’m testing sugar today for the allergy elimination diet and it’s really not going well. If it makes me feel horrible, do I still need to eat sugar three times today or is a little misery enough? I’m pretty sure I’m going to get a migraine if I keep doing it. I tried having more sugar at lunch and can’t bring myself to finish it.
Here’s my list of symptoms so far, and this was just from having it at breakfast, although it took me three hours to finish it because I don’t like sugar and it was hard to consume that much of it at once.
can’t think very clearly
lightheaded
overheated even though our office is freezing
face turned bright red
head is throbbing a little
stomach upset
weird painful twitching above my right eye for a few minutes
no energy
saw weird little spots, which happens before I get a migraine sometimes
Can you guys let me know if I need to continue this madness? I’ll do it if I have to, but I’d really rather not. I can tell it’s going to get bad.
